Urgent Appointments
Should you have a problem you feel will not wait for the next routine appointment, please telephone our receptionist, who will do all she can to help you. Our duty doctor for the day may be able to help you over the phone, so please give as much information as possible to our receptionist who will type your request into your record for the doctor to return your call. The duty doctor can also allocate you a doctor only reserved appointment with the most appropriate clinician for continuity of care. If you feel you are going to need to be seen that day please call as early as possible, ideally before 10:00am.
If you cannot for any reason keep your booked appointment with a member of our healthcare team, PLEASE telephone 0300 790 6288 to inform our receptionist so that a valuable appointment can be freed up for another patient to attend. Thank you.
We would respectfully ask that you:

- Phone us to let us know if you intend to cancel an appointment or are running late for an appointment.
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect, as they will you.
